Mutant Dolphins are mutant creatures (mutant dolphins) in Hungry Shark World. They are found in the Pacific Islands and range from 0-10 mutant dolphins there. Their specific place is a small cave-like land full of toxic barrels best entered by swimming against a current. They are also found in an area in the Arabian Sea near the Shanty Town where the water is green and full of oil (which shows how poluted the area is). They look like aliens and have a second body facing opposite coming out from under their head.

- Mutant Dolphins can fairly restore a huge Amount of health when eaten (almost same as a Blob fish.)
