The Antidote is a consumable item that costs 100 coins. It completely absorbs damage from jellyfish stings, but is used up in the process. An effective way of using them is to buy many of them (antidotes), so that you are protected from poison. Each dose protects against one dose of poison. A maximum of 10 can be used per game. they are great for lower level sharks (ie. Reef sharks and Mako shark) as they reduce damage from their most common weakness. However, this item is useless with Megaladon and up, as they can simply eat jellyfish.
Trivia
- The Megalodon , Big Daddy, Mr. Snappy and (to some extent) Great White Shark cannot take advantage of Antidotes. The reason is because they are immune to the main cause of poisoning, Jellyfish. However , Great White Shark may still need to use it as it is not immune to the Pink and Green Jellyfish.
- They are not consumable to any of the Top-Secret Lab Sharks.
- However, the sharks listed above are not immune to Toxic Barrels because they are an Environmental Hazard.
